Last weekend was the most important, pivotal, and unforgettable day of my life. I asked Ariana @ariana_nova to be my wife, and she said yes! I wouldn’t be where I am today, or have the dream of a family across the country, without my incredible support system. My friend group, my brothers, and all the girls, my sisters, have been my rock. A special thank you to Cali @caliprentice , who helped out in spite of having her own family commitments. To Shannon, @shannonmaeduffy who helped every step of the way and was fully on board even though her birthday was the next day. Don’t know what I would’ve done with you Shan. Thanks again! @trrinnnababby for doing everyone and they momma’s makeup the day of. (Literally my momma) lol. @taymac.art for taking all the killer photos. My brother @tioglobal for turning the whole party up in the 1s and 2s. All the companies for decorations, food and bar. And of course, my mom @latricearmstrong who kept it all together and kept me level headed with all the moving pieces. Thank you to everyone who showed up and made this dream come true. Celebrated my birthday, did my first Hyrox, lots of travel, went on a bachelorette trip, got a fresh new haircut, spent family time, and got a new fur baby to top it off!

Yesterday was such an emotional rollercoaster and I woke up today feeling so heavy😞. I was literally forcing myself to work... but then I remembered how much I missed dancing. Half an hour of salsa worked its magic, as always ✨ a gentle reminder to myself to move more, dance more and let the body express itself. It’s the best therapy
So grateful to @steezystudio @steezycommunity for the opportunity to learn something new and lift my spirits from anywhere in the world 🙏💃

That moment you realize you share the same elite dance crew as @badbunnypr AND @ladygaga, and that these incredible artists have poured their talent into all of our music. 😍😭😍

I first met @lylianabeltran and @iam.tonyflores after discovering their beautiful performance to my song “La Llorona.” Not long after, we ended up creating a music video together with @mgdanceteam.🌹

I’m completely blown away (and at the same time, not surprised at all) to see them lighting up the Super Bowl Halftime Show stage. They are both beyond talented, deeply deserving, and truly overqualified. ❤️‍🔥
