& there goes 2025. in summary: grew a terrible mustache, turned twenty-four again, drifted around the UK, somehow remained functioning enough as to not have a substack, wrote an obscene amount (usually obscene), listened to music mostly mediocre but sometimes transcendent, surrounded myself with lovely people, & got the gears turning for my next short @louislosesteeth

local wop goes to Italian heritage festival, is immeasurably disappointed (there are no Italians left in LA, this shit is three food trucks and a Verizon booth)

¡feliz cumpleaños jefe gran!! when we met eight years ago, we were young and stupid. now you are old and nearing the age when you’ll have to see a proctologist (when you do, tell them taylor sent you). whoever thought that you rambling unprompted to me for two hours would result in a friendship like this?

(this is the text of the birthday card I forgot to bring you last nite lmao)
