A couple of weekends ago, and for the first time in ages, I went to a festival. It was amazing! ✨ I loved staying in Broomstick 🧹, my old campervan now no longer mine that a friend let me kidnap for a few days! ✨ The vibe was simply something else. The experiences and connections, living off grid for several days, felt all the stronger. ✨ And the chats in the women's tent were eye opening! The menopause was of course brought up.  And the range of people's experiences and choices were a revelation. There really isn't a one-size-fits-all approach to peri and post menopause. Each one of us, armed with knowledge, has the power to make choices that will help us thrive and become, re-ignite, remain the bad-ass women we are! What's YOUR menopause power?! I think mine is to be open to challenging my perception of life and to embrace change when it comes my way. I took with me The Knowledge by @drnighatarif, details of @menopause_knowledge and the work we do, Understanding Menopause by @dianedanzebrink @themenopausesupport and came back fascinated by The Change by @kirstenmillerbooks and ready to explore witchcraft! 😊🦋 All of these opening new doors of possibilities..... How about that?!?! 🦋 #KnowledgeIsPower 🦋 #festival #greengathering #greengathering2023 #perimenopause #postmenopause #menopause #menopauseknowledge #makemenopausematter #embracechange #noonesizefitsall #yourmenopauseyourway #ownyourmenopause
