It’s National Pancake Day, so I’m celebrating by listing 7 of my favorite pancakes in Philly right now! Here’s the list:

The Love.’s Lemon poppy seed pancakes with lemon buttercream and sour cherry sauce.

Cafe La Maude’s Baklawa pancakes with blueberry, raspberry cream, baklawa crumble, bananas, nuts and rose syrup.

The Dutch’s Ana Banana pancakes with blueberries and whipped cream.
