Spinach Ball Recipe #greatdaywithgg
Ingredients:
	•	2 packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and very well drained
	•	2 cups (or a little more) Pepperidge Farm Herb Seasoned Stuffing
	•	1 large onion, finely chopped and sautéed
	•	¼ tsp each of oregano, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper
	•	4 eggs, beaten
	•	1½ sticks butter, melted
	•	½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
	1.	In a large bowl, combine the well-drained spinach, stuffing, sautéed onion, and seasonings.
	2.	In a separate bowl, whisk together the beaten eggs, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese.
	3.	Pour the wet ingredients into the spinach mixture and mix until everything is well combined.
	4.	Roll into bite-sized balls and arrange on a baking sheet. (If they seem too wet to roll, add a little more stuffing mix)
	5.	Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the spinach balls are completely frozen. Transfer to freezer-safe bags and store until ready to serve.
	6.	When ready to enjoy, bake straight from frozen at 350°F for approximately 20 minutes, or until heated through and lightly golden brown. Add a few extra minutes Spinach Balls
