News beds planted after being designed by Graeme Scott, Lagerstroemia indica spiralled trees brought over from Italy with smaller plants from Old Hall Nurseries (Notts) an amazing balcony from @sgdesigngroupuk The cloud pruned Olive is a real show stopper with the composition of the Quercus ilex towering beyond. A few other fresh stripe views across the gardens. @hedgelover_ @ebtsuk

Tree Delivery Day! 🌳🌳🌳

When life gives you window delays… go tree shopping! 😂 Ok, so I may have been forced to start the garden earlier than planned, but let’s focus on the positives… these beauties now have an extra year to settle in, grow and become the privacy screen I’ve been dreaming about 🌳

And honestly… who needs a toilet when you can have TREES?! 🌳😉

Huge thank you to @greenmiletrees Green Mile Trees for all the advice, patience and helping me choose these absolute stunning trees. I’ve visited approximately 27 times… because apparently choosing trees is a serious life decision for me!

Here’s to turning the abandoned garden into something pretty, one tree and positive thought at time 🌿

Further clipping today. 5 Quercus ilex along with another 3 tomorrow. The wind was up here in Nottinghamshire & the shape was constantly changing which was challenging to say the least. @ebtsuk @stihlgb
