✨From its rich history and beautiful parks to its local businesses, arts, restaurants, and welcoming communities, Greensboro has so much to offer.
We’re excited to share a few highlights of the city that has been home to our family business for generations.

Best mini vacation EVER!

Visited the @greensborosciencecenter and saw some really cool animals and marine creatures, including 2 of my favs! 🐙 🦈 Plus Geli with the Jellies! 🪼

Enjoyed some delicious beer! 🍺 Ate waaaaay too many cupcakes & drank a ton of coffee! 🧁

The best part was getting to share all of it with my two favorite Sarahs! (We even spent some time talking about books 🤫)

How to spend a day in Greensboro, NC

If you only had one day in Greensboro, here’s how I’d spend it:

☕️ Start at Chandler’s for coffee and a slow morning. @chandlersdtgreensboro

🥐 Breakfast in Paris for breakfast. 🇫🇷 @breakfast_in__paris

🌳 Walk through LeBauer Park and enjoy a little time outside downtown. @gsoparksandrec

🇺🇸 Explore Guilford Courthouse National Military Park and take in a little local history. @guilfordnps

🥙 Lunch at Jerusalem Market — come hungry. @jerusalemarketonelm

🔬 Spend the afternoon at the Greensboro Science Center — especially if you’re doing this day with kids. @greensborosciencecenter

🍦 Stop at Ozzie’s for a bite. @ozziesicecream

🥓 End the day at Dear Dad’s @deardadsrestaurant

And that’s one of my favorite things about Greensboro — there is SO much to do, see and eat, and you can build a completely different day depending on where you live and what you’re into.

If you’re thinking about making Greensboro home, I’d love to help you get to know the neighborhoods, not just the houses. As a Greensboro Realtor, I’m happy to help you figure out which part of the city fits the way you actually want to live.

How lucky am I that I got to interact with one of the most endangered animals in the world?
The #okapi is a fascinating animal—the closest and only living relative of the giraffe in the family Giraffidae! These gentle, solitary creatures are native to the rainforests of the Democratic Republic of Congo. I love their striped leggings.
It was truly amazing to witness some of their incredible adaptations firsthand:
The Tongue: A striking 18-inch-long, prehensile blue tongue used to reach leaves and groom.
The Coat: A gorgeous sable velvet coat that secretes a natural oil to keep them completely waterproof in the jungle rain.
Meet Bakari, an absolute beauty. I feel so deeply grateful and lucky to have experienced this unforgettable moment.#WildlifeConservation #Endang eredSpecies #Giraffidae
