Green Room #5 was a bit special!

In a slight change from regularly scheduled programming, we had the incredible GREEN SEAGULL playing for us.

First up, local singer-songwriter @sadielou1212 who kicked things off for us. Standout cover of Gorillaz' - so good.

Next we had some absolutely glorious folk from @naomirandalll - both solo, and then joined by @thethorntheband bandmates @jackarthursharp and @paul__milne

And finally, a stripped back set from @greenseagullband - they're so good. Immaculate harmonies - such a treat. Big thanks especially to @elian.lion for choosing to spend his birthday entertaining us all.

Thanks to everyone who came down to share it with us!

These excellent photos are all courtesy of our pal @downatthefront - thank you Paul.

Tomorrow night is Green Room - A night of live performance at David’s. It will be a very special edition of the Green Room with @greenseagullband playing too!

We’ve been fans of Green Seagull for a long time and we’re delighted to welcome them back to the shop to play at our newly launched Green Room evening.

Green Seagull are a London based baroque psych pop band, taking influence from the likes of The Left Banke, The Zombies, and The Association. They’ve recently released their third album “Smoke and Mirrors” and we’re absolutely loving it.

Totally free, just turn up from 7pm onwards.
