THANK YOU @rivals.ig for recognizing me and giving me my 3 stars! This still feels unreal. I’ve been working nonstop for moments like this, and seeing how far football has taken me is crazy. God has been with me every step of the way, opening doors I never imagined would open.

From playing on dirt and gravel fields in Mexico with Rosarito Rangers @bajafootball , Tigres @tigresfootballnt , Osos de Ensenada @osos_ens , Aztecas and Zorros de Ensenada , to coming to the USA and playing with the San Diego Bolts @sandiegoboltsfb and OG Ducks @og_ducks_ , and now competing in the Trinity League at Orange Lutheran @olulancerfootball .

Never would I have imagined that little kid playing football in Mexico would one day be a 3-star recruit.

I want to thank my parents, family and friends for all the sacrifices, support and for believing in me when this was just a dream.

And a HUGE THANK YOU to my Torta Power Familia and the entire Torta Power Team! You guys have been part of this journey from day one. Everyone who follows, shares my videos, comments, cheers me on and supports me, you have no idea how much that means to me. Some of you have been here since I was playing football in Mexico, and now we’re celebrating 3 stars together!

To my teammates and coaches, THANK YOU! Football is a team sport, and I didn’t earn this alone. Every rep, every practice and every person who pushed me to become better helped me get here.

Special thanks to my O-line coach @cjward75, and everyone who has helped me along the way:

I’m proud of how far I’ve come, but I know I still have A LOT to learn and even more work to put in. Three stars don’t mean I’ve made it. They just remind me how far I’ve come and how much further I want to go.

Same gordito from Mexico. Same love for football. Same Torta Power. Just three more stars next to my name!

GRACIAS A DIOS POR TODO!

🚨 PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: RAYSHAWN BRANDON JR. 🚨

📍 Santa Margarita High School
🏈 Position: Defensive Back (DB)
📏 Height: 6’0”
⚖️ Weight: 165 lbs
🎓 Class of 2029

Rayshawn Brandon Jr. is a young defensive back with promising upside and room to continue developing. At 6’0”, 165 pounds, he has a solid frame for his position, with the potential to add strength as he matures.
