“On behalf of The Noisy Brain I entered the #takeamoment2023 Campaign!” - Stu - The Noisy Brain/Founder In partnership with Art of London, TAKE A MOMENT are continuing to raise awareness about the importance of taking time for ourselves and for our mental health. Let’s see if Stu and @thenoisybrainer ’s moment makes it on to the @piccadillylights or amongst the art within the exhibitions in London's West End, and maybe even the National Portrait Gallery? @theartofldn #NationalPortraitGallery Will you become part of the art? #takeamoment2023 will ask you to complete this simple question: HOW DO YOU TAKE A MOMENT? “ Taking timeout to take a moment for yourself is important. Whether it's taking 5 minuets to; walk, do some gardening, breathe some fresh air, sit down, pause, write out your thoughts, journal, have a rethink or just have time to reset yourself. Remember, sometimes being still, allows you to move forwards. I have to keep telling myself this. The past few months have felt like I’m running on the spot. My own ’noisy brain’ is not in a bad place. Previously it’s been lots worse. For now, I’ll be taking a moment, pausing for the reset. “ - Stu - The Noisy Brain
Will you join @stuartboydmills and become part of the art? Your portrait could be seen on Piccadilly Lights on World Mental Health Day (10th October) and in The National Portrait Gallery from 14th September to 15th October.
