POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Long Over due shout out to Greg Buccella and the rest of the Garden City Varsity football program for an incredible season. Going undefeated, setting records for most consecutive wins and taking home the Long Island championship is a sign of how the GC community operates!! What impressed me the most about Greg on a personal level was how hard he worked during the season. It wasnt just the wins but how he managed to drop 5% body fat thru the season and significantly increase his Bench and squat!!! During one of our first workouts post season he set New PRs on Bench and Squat. A majority of the time it takes athletes several weeks to get back to where they left off pre season. Looking forward to watching Greg smash new records all off season, and taking home another L.I.C his senior year Congrats Brother!!
