@ocbofficialpage Chesapeake Classic was a whirlwind of a weekend! Although I got to home with trophies and pro cards, what I will always carry with me are the feelings of love and support from my family @j.paul.k @greg_gillespie3 @mamamiajfg and friends @ultraegojay & @katrina_10

When you’re prepping and competing in something like this you sometimes think to yourself “Why am I doing this?” You can go inward with these questions and count all way you’re challenging yourself to grow and achieve things you didn’t think you were capable of. Also, you can look outwardly on the all of wild aesthetic physical changes that you can make to your physical body. But to me, most awesome takeaway is the health and wealth that you gain within the important relationships in your life.
