Fresh pasta, made entirely in house. Spinach and seasonal ramps are folded into the dough for depth, color, and a subtle vegetal character, then dusted with semolina before being rolled, shaped, and cut by both machine and hand. A study in technique, seasonality, and craft.

Summer is coming to an end, and my mind is already moving toward fall.

Today, I shared this moment with a chef and friend—talking about ingredients, French recipes, and the inspiration behind a new season.

At La Monique, we are always searching for the best of the best: exceptional produce, beautiful flavors, and traditional French recipes that we can reinterpret with a touch of California.

A new menu takes time. It begins with conversations, memories, curiosity, and respect for the season.

Fall is coming… and I am excited to see what we will create. 🍂
