We owe a lot to @truenature.retreats 🌿

It was the first retreat we ever hosted, with our gorgeous pals Mol, Sam & Em… and if we’re being honest, which we try to always be, we had never been on a yoga retreat before. None of us had.

So we created this magical retreat in Northern Ireland based on what would speak to us - what would we actually spend our money on? 🌊

…and that is how we have carried on. Creating events with Firelight that we feel we need, that light us up. We consider ourselves very lucky that some of you feel the same way - otherwise it would just be us in a big old field on our own! 🔥

True Nature gave us the confidence that we can hold space, we can create, we can build the container for real connection and real change. And honestly, we just wish we could live on retreat forever. 🌱

For now we’ll have to settle for the 6 retreats we have next year - and a small warning to the owners of each venue: make sure I leave the premises at the end, or you could have a squatter on your hands. 😂

Yes he was asleep, but every single beautiful note played by Stone Jets, and their infectious positive energy seeped into his soul that night! 💤🥳

We knew @stonejets were going to be good but we did NAT know they were going to be that good 😍😍

If you are wondering what type of music they play, the answer is South African Sunshine. Is that a genre?? It should be 🌞🌞

Thank you to everyone who came for our one and only gig night this year, it was an absolute BLAST 🍻🥂

🌿 Wild Mama - January
Two nights of deep rest in a converted farmhouse for the mamas who need it most. Heated pool, hot tub, sauna, yoga and breathwork in a gorgeous converted barn. Return to your family feeling lighter and truly restored. 🛁✨

🔥 Morocco, Essaouira - March
We begin our elemental journey with Fire. Fiery vinyasa, activating breathwork and fire ceremonies on the sand dunes of a deserted beach, surrounded by olive and argan forest. Two 5-night dates available. 🕯️🌿

🌍 Wales, The Wye Valley - April
Earth. Cosy yurts, ancient woodland, forest bathing, Greg’s nourishing food, and grounding yoga and breathwork to reconnect you with Mother Earth. 🍃🫶

💧Portugal - September
Water. Where two rivers meet. Natural pool, hot tub, private river beach, waterfalls and an outdoor shala. What are you ready to let go of? 🌊🤍

A gathering of a different kind 💫 I loved moving my feet to @mikelovemusic recently @hootanannybrixton with my brother from another mother @greg_symo - Mike is such an inspirational spirit! A fantastic musician with a mission to remind us all of the power within. I love how he shares in between songs. Thank you for the music brother 🙏🏼✨ and never forget - this IS a permanent holiday! How lucky we are 💛

Christmas this year was spent getting to know our little boy, Bodhi Braemar, who arrived into our lives back in November beneath a bright full moon 🌝

He entered the world calmly and safely, surrounded by water, firelight, music and love. A peaceful beginning which we hope echoes through his magical life ✌️🕊️✨

We are deeply grateful for the privilege of a complication-free homebirth, and for the overwhelming love we now feel for our beautiful boy 🥰

After a sacred 40 days of rest post birth and Jess having a closing of the bones ceremony to mark the end of this time we are excited to step into 2026 with him 🌞

I saved these words by Erma Bombeck before Bodhi was born:

Having a child is momentous, It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking outside your body.

People who say they sleep like a baby usually don’t have one.

Even when freshly washed and relieved of all obvious confections, children tend to be sticky.

Can confirm, she was spot on 🙏
