Dancing in September in Virginia Beach to celebrate the last of the Amityville Kloepfer kids to tie the knot!

Truly could not imagine a more perfect duo. Jen & Tom, thank you for bringing us all together to celebrate and for the infectious joy your love brings to everyone around you.

If the vibes for your marriage are based on day 1, I think you're in for a lifetime of incredible memories of all your dreams coming true. ✨🖤✨

This is pretty cool to be mentioned by @locanilla @latimes @delosangelestimes ❤️ Thank you so much Giselle for believing and trusting in me for the role of Lata Ramos. You’re an inspiration and someone I look up to! The MUSICAL was such an amazing experience that I will never forget! And to represent the Hispanic community is such a privilege. #lataforever Thank you to every SINGLE person involved with this film and who helped me get here!🫶✈️🎥💔

First experience at the Toronto International Film Festival! It was so cool to be a part of the inaugural TIFF Market, and to meet so many new friends.

In April, I made a promise to myself to set healthy boundaries and start putting myself first. It's been almost 2 years to the day that I signed the lease to Kitch A Vibe.

2 years of putting myself on the back burner and pouring everything I had into my business, showing up for the community & building out a concept into a tangible space for others to enjoy. 2 years of problem solving and taking on more stress than I've ever felt in all my years on this Earth. 2 years of all-nighters, endless ideas being flushed out, systems put into place, foundations being laid out, building a strong and reliable (small yet mighty) team, learning to trust others with my vulnerability and my vision & also learning who I really am to the depths of my soul and how to navigate this new way of showing up in the world.

2 years of missing important life moments, putting every ounce of energy and effort into keeping my small business alive and learning how to be better at that every single day.

2 years of not eating at normal times, standing too long & sleeping too little. When I turned 36 this year, I felt different and not in the healthiest of ways. I felt the neglect and I felt myself screaming internally at me for my own attention. This is the year I chose to put that same amount of love and energy and effort back into myself because you truly cannot pour from an empty cup.

Looking into my camera roll, I can actually see how much I've started to open my eyes to the outside world again & allow myself to experience it without anxiety or guilt. Slowing down, breathing deeper, finding inspiration & appreciating being alive has been healing. Loving and moving my body again, nourishing myself with hydration and real meals throughout the day, having a bed time routine and knowing when to shut off for the day has been immensely helpful in finding myself again.

So here's some clips of what life looks like on the other side of the hardest 2 years of my life and how I plan to navigate all the challenges to come. (Spoiler alert, it's as the best and healthiest version of myself)
