I have so much respect for these guys.
Some of the best teachers in the world. 🙏

They’re not here just to lecture. They’re constantly moving with you and showing you how to do the movements.

And the message is so powerful:

FEEL MORE. TALK LESS! 🤩

Sometimes, the most powerful lessons aren’t spoken — they’re felt. 🙌

3 days in Erkrath with WeckMethod. 🌀

I came to assist, learn and get corrected.

That last part matters most.

The deeper I get into coaching, the less interested I am in collecting more drills. I want better eyes, better understanding and people around me who are willing to point out where I can still improve.

This weekend was another reminder why I started studying movement in the first place.

Big respect to @thedavidweck and Chris @erodingweakness for the way they teach, coach and challenge people to get better. 🧠🎯

And thank you @eliasbrocker for bringing this whole event together. 🙏

Some variation on the new moves I learned from @alpaca.flow this weekend! 🤩
The first one is really nice to go from external to internal torsion! 😉

【WECK METHOD QUALIFICATION COURSE】 in Eakrath

It’s been one month since I moved to Germany.

Luckily, the WECK METHOD Qualification Course I had been hoping to take was held here and I had the opportunity to participate.

Despite my lack of language skills, all the coaches and fellow participants were so kind and welcoming and I really enjoyed the course.

A huge thanks to all of you for making me such a great experience!!
