We wanted to close out pride month with one more dance cover and literally tons of you Flamers™ requested Pinky Up, so here you go children! 💅🏼🖤 @katseyeworld @eyekonsworldofficial

We decided to use the newly released techno remix of the song because it’s suitable for bar/club/party scenes. Here is also our official announcement that District Flame is open for bookings! 🎉👯‍♂️

To all bar/club owners, party/event producers, talent bookers/managers in DC and across the US, let’s chat about how we can help increase your ticket sales with a new concept of queer entertainment! 😈🪩

Lastly, although pride month has come to an end, we want you to keep living your life as authentically as possible! Let’s also support each other, especially our trans siblings of colors! 🏳️‍⚧️ Remember, queer joy is STILL an act of resistance! ✊🏳️‍🌈

Happy pride, everyone! Flame on™! 🏛️🔥

Love,
District Flame

DC, please meet your new queer dance crew… the DISTRICT FLAME! 🔥🏛️ @districtflame.dc

Happy pride week, Washington DC! 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️

We’re so excited to debut our first dance cover during our pride week. We feel like we need to build communities now more than ever. Dancing has been a huge part of our lives and forming a dance crew is the easiest decision for us!

I love all of these individuals. I have worked with them before and they’re incredibly kind, talented, and professional. I feel like I’m assembling avengers lol and we can’t wait to share more gigs in the future (oh trust! let us cook some of these upcoming projects real quick 👀)

This song “Iconic by Mistake” is such a perfect way to start our crew because not only it’s the cuntiest collab of the year (duhhh) but also because gays love cunty stuff 😂 and the spirit of collaboration just feels correct for us! @katseyeworld @le_sserafim @illit_official

It’s also a song about taking back power from our haters and bullies, which is a very familiar struggle for queer individuals. We wanna show that act of joy is STILL a form of resistance!

This year we fight back. This year we stand our ground. This year we prioritize love over hate. This year we DANCE dance!

Hope you guys love this one! Have fun and be safe this weekend. See you all around 😘

Special thanks to @jrs_bar_dc for providing our rehearsal space!
