EN: In 2023 we opened our project space to present contemporary artists in the Luberon. Over the past three years we have had the privilege of showing exceptional artists. Who brought dynamic and engaging exhibitions to our space. We are now closing our doors on our Rue La Republique location.

We want to thank all the artist that were gracious enough to present their work with us. To our amazing neighbors, especially Cher Monsieur Rigo. And all of you that supported us and for the community you have help us build.

We are looking forward to seeing you in October with a new location and new projects.

En 2023, nous avons ouvert notre espace d’exposition dans le Luberon pour y présenter des artistes contemporains. Au cours de ces trois dernières années, nous avons eu le privilège d’accueillir des artistes exceptionnels, qui ont proposé des expositions dynamiques et captivantes. Nous fermons aujourd’hui les portes de notre local de la rue de la République.

Nous tenons à remercier tous les artistes qui nous ont fait l’honneur de présenter leur travail, nos formidables voisins — tout particulièrement Monsieur Rigo — ainsi que vous tous pour votre soutien et pour la communauté que vous nous avez aidés à bâtir.

It's time to say goodbye. Looking back, these past four years truly feel like a dream. Thank you to everyone I've met here, my friends and professors, you are the best supporters. I will always remember the wonderful times we shared! Wishing you all good health, happiness, and a long, joyful life. Maybe no one really knows where life will eventually take us, but I'll always looking forward to seeing you again!

A brilliant painter I met @scadpaint named @gregoryeltringham once told me as a student to just keep making the work. Somewhere in between the MFA and the PhD @idsva the work started to align, and the #stories I was researching bled into my paints. I started making paintings that looked like fire in silver bowls about a month before I encountered the story behind the blackened scorch marks in an 1100-year-old canoe. Burned into the tree-length canoe on a tiny island in #Florida is the story of transporting fire for cooking and light over a thousand years ago. I got to see that today.

Feeling so lucky to be part of Echoes from Elsewhere at Laundromat Art Space. A group exhibition featuring SCAD artists, curated by the amazing @_rossinante and @_sophiaelisa_! Truly an honor to have the opportunity to show my work alongside such talented peers.
