Q: how many things can happen in 3 weeks..? A: 5 Intensives, 4 pop-ups, 3 choreo trips, a performance and a half, a short film, and a lit casino trip 💰 _____ As summer closes off, and the transition to the regular season starts back up for me, I can't help but be grateful for getting to share and spend time with friends in new and old spaces, meeting new and old faces. Bars. Act like I'm not running around busy as hell, I dare you 😌 _____ 1: me, an official Florida sister 💃🏻 giant s/o to @commongroundsk + @rcequina @kwento.productions for filming; more to share later 2: @eyecandydancestudios and @eyecandycompany, the best vibes ever (hi @peyton__shep) 3: the original sask perform plan, maybe we bring it back later 😛 4: @dionflorida entertaining the masses 5: @thedancestu + draft 1 of this vibe that made me feel things + an @manlapazandrew glimpse 💋 6: me, but angry and kinda looking cool 7: the rats are coming for @innovatefilmshowcase 8: super reunion, and amazing energy 🫶🏻🫶🏻 9: like, 15 bucks or something. It sounds like more 🤷🏻

▶️ ...a good friend of mine told me to share more; I've been trying to stay so present over these months that that's been on the backburner HEAVY, but... It's been a blessing sharing, every week/class has been a gift! 'STOP SNITCHING' - @asaprocky w/ @mackenzie_tenta + @jumiri0706 @harbourdancecentre Friends from every corner, a v happy and fulfilling class 🫶🏻 (I'm not posting me barking like a dog...) 'Slave' - @tyga w/ @greycetm @denzeljosephborja @gracerichterrr @maryn.dwyer @harbourdancecentre Cailyn is so good, and this piece was a banger, so it was a lil criminal I only taught it once. But the ADHD says I can make another whenever lol 'What Are We Calling This' - @willsinge w/ @cailyn.c @a3district Like, 100+ dancers at Spark, and kept this piece in the vault forever, but now that it's summer workshop season, I'll revive it for the training vibes 🫡 'Spin The Block' - @fettywap1738 @sparkdance.ca Diva era, plus me challenging myself to make the choreographic diversity POLARIZING. (plus it was fun, and these ladies killed it 💅🏻) 'Stateside' @pinkpantheress w/ @milliemorland @brynn.johnston_ @julia_37_7 @avatorrell1 @amyy.mat @sophie_mckenzie @thedancecentrebc The lost footage of this piece. I liked this one lol 🥲 'Clap' - @metroboomin @wakaflocka @a3district OG Shabang before some of the changes. @cadence.fiddler helped me vibe this one out proper, and then she got food poisoning lol 'Shabang' v1 - @champagnepapi @harbourdancecentre 200 gigs of my phone storage is bs like this. I don't expect anyone to get this far in the videos, so here you go. Perfectionist mindset says don't share any of these, but, if I don't share em, then who will? 🙇🏻‍♂️

TECHNOBZ & TECHNOBZ JRS AUDITIONS ARE OPEN ⚡️🐝 The Dance Hive’s competitive animation and popping teams are officially looking for dancers ready to train, grow, and push themselves for the 2026–2027 season. TECHNOBZ Advanced / Pre Professional Animation & Popping Crew Ages 15+ Saturdays • 11:00 AM–1:30 PM Directed by @dancergreyce & @_amiya.sharma_ TECHNOBZ JRS Intermediate / Advanced Animation & Popping Crew Ages 10–15 Saturdays • 10:00 AM–12:00 PM Directed by @dancergreyce 📍 Audition Date: June 6th • 4:30–6:00 PM At TechnoBZ, we pride ourselves on excellence, hard work, dedication, growth, and family. We are looking for dancers who are ready to learn, ready to improve, and ready to work HARD while representing these styles at the highest level possible. Want to improve your control, textures, animation, musicality, and overall freestyle ability? Want to challenge yourself and learn something completely different? This is your chance. Particularly for TECHNOBZ JRS, dancers do NOT need extensive animation or popping experience going into the team. That’s what we are here to teach. We care most about work ethic, openness to learning, and passion for growth. As part of The Dance Hive competitive program, our teams train intensely while building a tight knit, supportive family environment both inside and outside the studio. Next season is going to be our strongest one yet, and we want YOU to be part of it. Do not be shy. Come check it out ⚡️ If you are completely brand new to the style, we also recommend attending The Dance Hive’s Popping & Animation Placement Class during audition weekend. June 7th, 12:45-1:45 PM. Registration is OPEN. Link in bio. When filling out the audition form, simply note “TECHNOBZ” or “TECHNOBZ JRS” in the section asking what teams you are interested in. Please DM us or @the.dance.hive with any questions #thedancehive #technobz #popping #dance #stalbert
