#RabinAngeles (@rabinangeles_) journey offers a different kind of full-circle moment. He remembers working on a bit role for a production involving the very same producer and director he would eventually reunite with on “Dating Alys Perez”. Looking back, he is struck by the distance between those two points in time. He had once been a background figure in the frame; now, he was standing beside them in a central role. His gratitude comes from recognizing that the places and people that once represented a distant opportunity have become an active part of his own story. Angeles’ anchor throughout his career has always been a refusal to forget where he began. For him, keeping grounded is a conscious decision to hold on to his origins so he never loses sight of why he started in the first place. As he closes out this chapter, his guiding thought remains that his life can change but his character should not. He has clearly learned new things about acting and his experience has changed how he approaches his roles. What he wants to preserve is his character and his person—the way he treats people and his awareness of the opportunities he has received. The show gave him a reason to reflect on that journey. #ZekePolina (@zeke_polina) confronted the exact parts of performance that used to make him hesitate. Having started in hosting before taking on small cameos and ensemble roles, dramatic acting initially felt like unfamiliar terrain. He openly identifies heavy emotional scenes as one of his biggest challenges, admitting that crying on cue or accessing deep vulnerability was once his greatest weakness. Instead of shying away from it, he chose to view acting for the camera as an essential gift or a space where he could actively build that muscle alongside a supportive cast and crew. Being Tripp in online series “Dating Alys Perez” meant more than preparing for a character. He was joining an onscreen dynamic that @angela_muji and @rabinangeles_ had already established, and he had to find his place within it. The adjustment began before they even got to the actual scenes. For Polina, there is still plenty to learn, both in front of the camera and in the relationships that make the work possible. He does not talk as though he has mastered either. He seems more interested in the fact that he now has the opportunity to keep working at them.
