My June Wrap Up We Waited For You by Cindy Chupack ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She Must Go by A.J Campbell ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ The Secret In Our Marriage by Cathryn Grant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Court Of Mist And Fury by Sarah J Maas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Lawyer’s Husband by Robin James ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Where’s My Daughter by L.G Davis ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m sliding in with my June Wrap Up just before July ends 🤦‍♀️ it’s been a very busy month with reading and life!! June was a great reading month though; two fantastic 5 star stories from A.J Campbell and L.G Davis- I can always rely on these two authors to blow my mind with their psychological thrillers and they did exactly that with the above two books!! I discovered two new authors, Cathryn Grant and Robin James, and I’m very excited to read the latters sequel to The Lawyer’s Husband, when it comes out early next year! I also adored reading book two of the ACOTAR series- A Court Of Mist And Fury- I thought I wasn’t a romantasy fan but this series is proving me so wrong and I’m really enjoying my ACOTAR journey! In life news, 👶baby jsybookworm is growing and doing well. We had our dating scan in June and got another peek at our little future bookworm which was amazing. I’ll pop my favourite of the scan pictures after my wrap up so anyone who wants a peep can do so. This particular pic is my fav as I love seeing the little legs/ feet up although the arms are tucked in by baby’s side! So baby is doing well and I’m well into the second trimester hunger phase (which is great!). Now back to the reading😉. #junereadingwrapup #ilovebooks #junewrapup #books #babyupdate

My April Wrap Up The Happy Family by @danielhurstbooks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Woman In Seat 13 by Ellie Midwood ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Twilight by Stephenie Meyer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Garbage Man by Max Monroe ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Court Of Thorns And Roses by Sarah J Maas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wowsers!! April was another stellar month for reading!! Five books which were all 5 star reads!!!! I really enjoyed the finale of the Hunt Family Trilogy from Daniel Hurst, a brilliant end to a fabulous series and if you love psychological thrillers I really rate this series! I read my first psychological thriller from Ellie Midwood, (I’ve only read her historical fiction before), and it was really good and twisty but if you’re afraid of flying maybe give it a wide berth😉. I discovered new vampires from Max Monroe and I really enjoyed my re-read of Twilight. Twilight is my comfort read and I’ve usually always got one of the books from the saga on the go in case I need a bit of “feel good” reading in between ARC’s, like watching a favourite TV show, these books never let me down. Lastly I finally read the first ACOTAR and now I see why they are so loved! Although I did need a little break before I started book two as “Under The Mountain” was VERY intense😵‍💫! I am so happy with Aprils reading, what a great month it was! I wonder what May has in store! I’ve tagged a few people and I’d love to see your April wrap ups. My March Wrap Up Not My Sister by @rosiejanewalker ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Discovery Of Witches by Deb Harkness ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Stole Your Family by @danielhurstbooks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Village by @ajcampbellauthor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Unwilling Love by @authorl.steele ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just Between Us by Barbara Copperthwaite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ So my March Wrap Up is very VERY late however I will get to the reason for that in a bit. Firstly the books!! March was a brilliant reading month for me! I had two brilliant five star psychological thriller reads from Rosie Walker and AJ Campbell who never ever let me down with great twisty reads. I also absolutely loved the second instalment of the psychological thriller The Hunt Series by Daniel Hurst. I finished my re-read of the first All Souls book by Deb Harkness and I also got tempted by a fabulous teaser prequel by L Steel in The Unwilling Love- I am so excited to read The Unwilling Bride and James and Harpers story! Now for the reason why my wrap up is so late and why I’ve also tagged some very important people in this wrap up so my closest pals in here can see my news and not just my March reading….. April has been VERY busy for another reason other than reading…. and that reason was that my husband and I have finally (after 8 years of fertility struggles!) got pregnant with our rainbow baby. We are announcing early - I am only 5 weeks - but baby feels very strong and I have always felt passionate about announcing when we find out as, after losing two babies in 2017 and 2018, we didn’t announce them and therefore had to go through both losses more or less alone. The taboo of waiting until 12 weeks frustrates me a bit as, although I understand the reasons behind doing that, it’s those 3 months that the baby does the most growing development wise and mum needs the most support. Wow….. just WOW…. How can it be my 5th year Bookstaversary today?! When I began this account back in 2021 I was so nervous because I knew how toxic social media can be, however this little book community has showed me nothing but love and support for five years now. I found a huge amount of people who were friendly, kind and supportive and, as a newbie, I received such a warm welcome, I always now try to pay this kindness forward whenever I come across newbies to our lovely little community of book lovers. Over the past year there have continued being challenges for my husband and I (fertility treatments, health issues and building negligence issues) however I have always found that I could disappear into my “bookstagram bubble” when I needed and it always helped take my mind off things and there were always kind and supportive people around to keep my spirits up no matter how tough life got! You have made me smile, you’ve made me laugh, you made me cry happy tears and ultimately you’ve been incredibly kind and supportive at times I needed you the most even when many of you have been going through troubles of your own! Ultimately I just want to say a huge thanks to every single bookstagrammer here, you have all, once again this year, been a beacon of light for me when sometimes all I’ve been able to see is darkness! I hate I can’t tag everyone but please know even if you aren’t tagged, I see you and I’m so grateful for you! I love my bookstagram tribe so very much! Special thanks goes out to: @chapter1.page1 and @lisa.loves.literature who gave me such a lovely warm welcome when I was a newbie. I know we don’t talk as much as we used to but I will forever be grateful for the amazing world you so warmly introduced me to! My February Wrap Up Just Breaking The Rules by @laurenblakelybooks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Wife Before by @sheryl.browne ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Valentine’s Date by Lorna Dounaeva ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Want Your Family by @danielhurstbooks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Awkward Agenda by @beth_morton_writer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ February was a brilliant reading month for me with five reads and four of those being 5 star books. Lauren Blakely can always be relied on for fabulous hockey romances whilst Sheryl Browne and Daniel Hurst always write fantastic psychological thrillers that keep me glued to my egg chair. February is known as the month of love and I definitely fell utterly in love with Beth Morton’s second book, The Awkward Agenda, the character, the plot, the setting, I just adored it all, I can’t believe it’s only her second book! My January Wrap Up The Mr & Mrs Mistake by Brighton Walsh ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Girl With The Baby by Sam Vickery ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He’s My Man by Daniel Hurst ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ January was a little bit of a slow reading month with only three books, but all three were 5 star reads which I’m really happy about. I loved The Mr & Mrs Mistake which is only the second book I have read by Brighton Walsh but I’m very excited to have discovered her and can’t wait to read more from her. Sam Vickery can always be relied on for a gripping psychological thriller and I rounded the month off with a novella from Daniel Hurst which was very cleverly written with a twist in just 47 pages. Unfortunately this wrap up is rather late due to life lifeing and then I was sick earlier this month, but I’ve still tagged some of you amazing booksta pals as you’ve shared your wrap ups with me so I wanted to share mine with you. My October Wrap Up Flat Out by @caitlynptajon.author ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Son In Law by Ellie Monago ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Love Dare by @kaymariebooks ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ One Of The Family by @jessryderthrillers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Christmas Crush by @nicolamarshauthor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Christmas Revenge by @ajcampbellauthor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️+ October was the best reading month I’ve had in a very very long time! Two books that broke my star rating system- The Love Dare and Christmas Revenge, and I love that they were both different genres (rom-com and psychological thriller). I discovered a new favourite author in Ellie Monago and Jess Ryder wrote another really good psychological thriller. I didn’t think I was a seasonal reader, but reading two Christmasy books and enjoying them so much, has changed my mind. I really did love the little novella by Nicola Marsh and I look forward to reading the second in the series soon. What a fabulous month! A very happy bookworm here!
