It takes stillness to recognize motion.
It’s only when things slow down that you realize how much ground you’ve covered—sometimes circling the world more than once—and how lucky you were to do it alongside the right people.
This year was full in ways I didn’t fully understand until now. Grateful for the moments, the experiences, and the chance to meet so many new people—especially the humans who shared it all with me. I wish I could post a picture and tag everyone… maybe I’ll do another round.

The rumors are true, tomorrow is the triumphant return of Over Vert. After many long years we’re lacing up our vans and cranking up our amps for Liz’s 40th bday. The show starts at 5pm at @renopublichouse along side @thejuvinals
We’ll see ya there

Maybe the beauty was never in how long it lasted,
but in how it made time feel—
Like standing in New York,
wearing a shirt that says Welcome to New York, duck mother fucker,
laughing at the void,
and meaning it.

This is the first time I was sick for the majority of a tour. It kinda felt like one long fever dream. Here’s some moments I liked enough to pull my phone out for.
Thanks for the puppies @aspca

Cruised around with my @soundswefeel family and @finneas these past few weeks.
Clearly I’m a great content person. Here’s some pictures of elevator floors, tv and live performances, the pipes at 30 Roc Jim Henson (the goat) decorated while working in this studio, an incredible jazz trio, a weird picture of mark slapping my face, a couple of my new friends wearing shoes on their head and a puppy.
