Shout out to SHOUT OUT! Pretty much brass tax is I’m tired! and proud! of everything happening at @cheeriocollective and that I want to be surrounded by my family and loved ones 24/7 !!!! Manifesting the cousins throwing down and being bosses together in the future, could only find a Halloween pic of all of us as cutie patoots and I can get away with that because it’s October boo spooky!

BIG UPS TO @jessdosouto.design @griff.and.lu.cereal @theresacornwell_ in awe of you all and LOVE U 4 EVER!!!!

Our first Repair Fair took place just 11 days ago, and every day since, people have reached out to share how much it meant to them.

It was such a beautiful thing to witness our community coming together to be there for one another and to celebrate the value of caring for the things we already own.

Thank you to every single volunteer who shared their time and skills.

Thank you to everyone who showed up and gave us the opportunity to serve you and give your items a second life!

A special thank you to @iamcatdog for being so open and brave in running with the idea of offering “internal repair.” It was such a meaningful addition to the event.

I also want to take a moment to shout out the businesses who made this day even more special by sharing their resources:

Thank you to @lenitabygrita for gifting all the volunteers with a beautiful bouquet of flowers to take home. It was such a lovely surprise that brought smiles to everyone’s faces.

Thank you to @cometoverdelphi and @ggetla for keeping our volunteers fueled with your delicious coffee, teas, and treats all day long!

Thank you to @villastacoslosangeles for providing refreshing frescas for our volunteers to take home!

Thank you to @anjulosangeles @lucaessentials and @mydeelux for donating so many cute pieces to the free clothing swap!

Thank you to @castlecustomframing for offering beautiful frames that we’ll be able to use for the next Repair Fair!

Thank you to our friends at @shoptinkr for donating tools for our fixers. They’ll now be the resident tools for all future Repair Fairs!

Our next Repair Fair will be in January, but we’ll be hosting a special skill-share event in December …stay tuned for updates!

With love,
Cheerio <3
