Thanks for coming our team, shame I couldn’t put it on for you. I had a cracker time lifting with the boys while it lasted.

Sometimes we all need some help. Thankyou to @caiturtlin and @blake.lifts.weights for taking pictures and just being gems. @mammoth.strength.au, @patrick.nastasi, @greasedape and @griffin.allan for being the best of buds.

Special thanks to my Beerly bro, awesome work for starting to come back @matthew.brock1988.

Also thankyou to my coach @camilla_fogagnolo for letting me go a little off program.

Ok this is starting to get fun, easy work with a wrap job from @blake.lifts.weights. Also can’t help but mention how good my new @northwolfau shirt is.

Finally shook the rust off, now I gotta catch that groove and see if I can put up some big numbers in the next few weeks before I pivot to strongman prep.

Sometimes you just need to drop some plates off and double dip

Squating with confidence again, time to start building that back up, it’s not perfect but I’m happy to start pushing some weight and tuning it up as I go.

How good is a trip to the beach on the weekend, it’s even more fun when you get to lift heavy things with cool people. Thanks to @nexusperformance.tsv for putting on the show and the helpers for making it work. Gotta mention @cerberus_australia seeing as most of the comp was done with their sandbags.

Heavier sand bags for a little change of pace. I will lift the 180kg sandbag this year.
