Need one of them please!! Van to grill. Chef-inspired functionality — pockets that actually work on a cook day. We load the blends and bases the same way.

Charleston-made GrillKilt. Lowcountry spices on the truck. Perfect combo 👌🌶️😎

Led my first ever BBQ class at our local library last night. I’m no pro, but I’ve learned a lot, and BBQ is about sharing, having fun and learning. The group was great and there was a ton of interaction. We could have gone all night!!!
Thank you to the Bethel Public Library for having me, and thank you to everyone who joined!! Let’s run this back sometime. Oh and the Pulled pork didn’t stand a chance, it was gone before I knew it!!

Had a good day yesterday! @shenanigans.bbq teamed up again for the caveman cookoff at American fork high school! Had a great day cooking and hanging out with the crew!
.
I was able to pull 1st place in ribs
@sevier_bbq_addicts 1st place in chicken
@fidel_astorga with 3rd in brisket
@bangonbbq 5th in pork.
Which was enough to win us the overall GC! Not bad for a drinking team that can cook (@modelousa if you’re looking to sponsor anyone!).
.
It’s always a good time hanging out with the crew, but we sure did miss @yettibbq today!
.
Congrats to all that heard their name called
