Great day at Goodwood Motor Circuit today for the Saywell Charity Track Day. Peter Saywell always has an astonishing collection of supercars on display, as well as other private owners turning up in theirs. And to see and hear them flying around the track is an experience in itself ❤️

As for me? If I hadn’t said it before I’ll say it for the billionth time. I WANT A MUSTANG!!!

Madonna Express Yourself
Entered on June 3rd at 10 & climbed to a high of 5 this week in 1989, a place it held for 2 weeks before returning to 10. On January 1st 2024 it was named as the UK’s 17th favourite Madonna song. Guess which was top of that poll? Yep, Like A Prayer! Which was top of the hit parade as they used to say just a couple of months earlier. It was No.80 this week 35 years ago.

Thank you to everyone who came to the Saywell International Supercar Track Day at the iconic Goodwood Motor Circuit on 29th July. What a day - incredible Cars, drivers, supporters and volunteers. Many great memories where made! This happens thanks to the generosity of Peter Saywell and his drivers. So many people contributed to this successful event. Huge thanks to the team at @goodwoodmotorcircuit and everyone who donated.
A massive £11,643.19 was raised to support the Care at Home Team which makes a huge difference to many Snowdrop families who are caring for a child with a life threatening or terminal illness. The always legendary Saywell Track Days.

Been coming to them for years ever since a massive Supercar convoy came but every single time I’ve come since I’ve been enjoying them more & more.

The summer 2023 edition brought not just sunshine (but also a tiny bit of rain) & also lots of fun, smiles on faces & of course the joy of friendship of the crew I personally call “The Saywell AND Salone Gang”. Because YES, some of these guys I also see at Salone’s fantastic track days too over the last 3 years. That’s one of the many reasons why I enjoy Peter Saywell’s Track days as much as Salone days. It’s just pure joy, happiness & forgetting the outside world!

Oh & the cars! Peter’s collection is always incredible & the fact he has a new 992 GT3 RS as well as the TechArt (Oh & his 918, LaFerrari, 812 Compitizione, Senna & of course his beloved Zonda), but he wasn’t the only one with a 992 GT3 RS. Russells got one too & used it enough so that it’s run in, ready for its first track day appearance!

Oh & a couple of good friends of ours with Nissan GTR’s, Ferrari 296, Ariel Atom’s, Aston Martin V8 Vantage AMR, Ferrari 430 Scud, Renault Clio 182 & many more! INCLUDING A KIA EV6 GT THAT WAS FASTER THEN ME TALKING!!!!

Oh & this one sat in a C6 Corvette Z06, a Mk2 Jaguar decided to park near a parked Spitfire & I caught up with another very good friend of mine!

The day made me feel slightly more youthful & in a world of happiness! Explained by the choice of song being in the charts right now! One I actually used in one of my stories that day!

What a day yesterday was!!! It was so amazing to see old and new faces. It was such an epic day with some epic machinery out on track. Thank you to each and every person who came ❤️

We can’t wait for the rest of our track days that we have throughout the year - including our new Festival of Speed edition!

Thank you to everyone who came along for making it a mega day, including our partners @octanecollection, @charles_and_dean and @it_rocked.
