In August, @marmolamans and @grimaltdeblanch spent a few days with us, also during harvest, creating a series of images of Son Tortova from their perspective. True to the place and the work.

At Hotel Corazón (@hotelcorazon), a former monastery nestled between the Mallorcan settlements of Deià and Sóller, Polish chef @eliza.parchanska has found her culinary home. Here, she translates her lifelong love of nature into a selection of Mediterranean and Eastern European-inspired dishes.

SOBRETAULA

During the development lof Open Lab II, Anthony Perez, Blaire Dessent and Positive Design visited my studio to document “the Side B” of the creative process for BROT, a work-in-progress zine exploring the research, processes and rituals behind Mallorca’s contemporary creative scene.
Their feature explores the foundations of my practice: where every project takes shape.
•
Research through books and magazines; systems thinking developed through paper mock-ups; collage as a tool for shaping concepts; collecting objects and references, contemporary art; time spent in nature on my bike(s).
Thank you @antp @blairevitrine @bypositive.design for capturing this part of my practice so thoughtfully.
