So I’m posting my last two @misshoopsalot fall in love with you flow challenge out of order, so here’s what would be entry 12 balances by @grimcreeperhoops. Balances are something that I learned pretty early on in my journey it was fun to dust them off again. I was definitely channeling the wizard frog powers doing these balance tosses (Ifykyk) 😂🐸🪄 also included my lil dance party at the end cause you just gotta vibe it out whenever you fumble

Now that I’m home from traveling I can sit down and try to learn entry number 11 which focuses on doubles, wish me luck cause I don’t have any hoops the same size to learn with 😅

Day 12 of Fall In Love With Your Flow Challenge by @misshoopsalot - this is technically the last day of the challenge but I’m holding off on two days that have me stumped and or require some costuming- stay tuned.

Okay huge shout out to @grimcreeperhoops for this one it brought me so much laughter and joy. Is the final product polished ... absolutely not but I had so much fun playing around with this prompt.

I am loving the fall foliage and blustery fall days but the wind was not working in my favor here. 😂

Hopping over Day 11 of the @misshoopsalot Fall in Love with your Flow Challenge because I need more time to practice those awesome doubles moves. Hopefully, I’ll post them tomorrow!

So, today will be Day 12’s prompt: balance with @grimcreeperhoops I wanted to practice walking with a balancing hoop. I loved the tip of using a thicker tubed hoop- genius!

Happy Halloween!

🍁 FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR FLOW CHALLENGE, day 12 with @grimcreeperhoops 🍁

Today’s prompt is: balance! Your challenge today is to take a moment to really connect with your hoop by incorporating balance onto your flow.

From @grimcreeperhoops: I am a largely trick-based hooper and sometimes learning tricks can be incredibly frustrating. I love using balance to take a moment and reconnect with my hoop when I am feeling that way. My favorite balance practice is hand balancing, but you can use this prompt in a variety of ways! Get creative with how you incorporate it.

Thank you to everyone for participating in this challenge, it was so much fun to make and I can’t wait to see what you all come up with.

How to enter: Make a video post attempting today’s prompt and tag @grimcreeperhoops and @misshoopsalot- we can’t wait to see how you balance!

HAPPY WORLD HOOP DAY FLOWMIES!! 💗💗 What better way to honor world hoop day than with my beloved breaks and paddles! Lol. I have written many captions about why love breaks and paddles so much. But they truly are my favorite. They are wildly therapeutic and scratch my AuDHD brain just right. And I love sharing the joy of them by helping others learn them!

Using this as my #breakbattle for @grow.withthefloww & passing the breaks along to @judithjayne007 @grimcreeperhoops @laeanadoesitall @nebula.flowarts (if you feel up to it) and literally anyone who enjoys breaks!!! Open invitation, jump in, lemme see ya breaks 😍

Last year for #WorldHoopDay I did a post showing my favorite moves. In all honesty, my favorite moves are probably largely still the same 😅 perhaps with a few more. I may make another video showcasing my most favorite moves again because why not?!

⭕ Both hoops are by @misshoopsalot #misshoopsalot , and I have sanded the inside and outside of both. Makes such a nice difference in being able to do this with a hoodie on lol. You can use my code 'lucid' to save at checkout!! #squirrelspinsquad

Enjoying a slow flow with Little Purple before work. Was fun to see just how slow I could go with such a small hoop. It felt like a challenge but at the same time it also felt wonderful ⭕️💜
Inviting anyone who fancies a slower pace at the moment to find your slowest fave tune and see how slow can you flow?! 😃

@alexyss.03 tagged me in a continuous break challenge! This was actually super fun and I love breaks I just don’t do this move much anymore I feel. The sun felt so good after being in a building all day. I had the best day today. BUT now for my tags: I’m tagging the one and only break queen and wife @grimcreeperhoops and @blyssbylysss and @clutz_jo
