A community with news and pictures for the books from SF&F publisher Grim Oak Press!

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I have done my duties and signed the tip-in sheets for the special hardback edition of the Foundation anthology from @grimoakcommunity, where I am publishing a novelette set in a new and dangerous world. It'll be alongside the work from a slew of other extremely cool authors who are also contributing stories.

Even better, the profits are all going towards fighting children's cancer. It's an honour to be apart of such an important project, so if you want to support that AND get yourself a unique and limited book, then you should head over to the @noahleelegacy page and grab a copy. There's only gonna be 250 of these signed hardbacks, so move fast!

🌟 BEAUTIFUL SFF COVERS 🌟

I had a look through my collection this morning, and decided I wanted to show off some of my favorite covers in science fiction and fantasy.

So here are 9 absolutely STUNNING covers.

Do you agree with my list? Is there a one in here you dont particularly love? If so, why?

Top shelf: Alien Clay, Magician, Terrible Worlds: Revolution, King of Thorns

Bottom Shelf: The Murdered Sun, Empire of Silence, Kaiju battlefield surgeon, the grace of Kings, the shadow of the gods

The chokehold this series has on me is insane. I have gotten seven people to read this series so far and you best believe I’ll be convincing more.

Not only is Matt Dinnimans writing fantastic, poignant and just a god damn onion of a series with all its layers and nuances, The audiobook narration by Jeff Hays is beyond masterful. Honestly this series is one of the funniest and thought-provoking of societal introspection I’ve ever read.

Have you started this series yet? If not you need to and then get back to me on all your thoughts, also princess donut is the ultimate delight and to not experience her is a tragedy.

Tomorrow, the Foundation anthology is available for pre-order at 11AM PT from the Noah Lee Legacy Foundation, in support of its mission to help families dealing with childhood cancer. I gave a short story from Patch Magic. All profits go to NLLF. There are three editions — ebook, trade hardcover, and a slipcased Signed & Numbered edition limited to 250 copies. Visit the link in the bio for more details.
