Our new Spinning Instructor
Teaching every Saturday at 9:30AM

Cassandra Keating has been teaching spin in Montréal for nearly 15 years, with experience across gyms and studios throughout the city. A former high-performance athlete and runner and a former Lululemon ambassador, movement has been a constant in her life. Her rides are grounded in strength, resistance, and real effort, designed to build confidence, resilience, and lasting power. Expect intentional movement, curated playlists built on hard-hitting beats, and a focus on doing the work physically and mentally.

No choreography. No fluff. Just a ride that challenges you to push a little further than you thought you could.
