(Couldn't help but share my favourite Ten Grand song, thought it was rather fitting)

Hello, lovely people! To those who know (and don't know), I've been working with Gringo Records for some time now... they just released a new album with Vision Fortune, who will be playing at JT Soar in less than a week!
Go support your local scene 🙌

I've been a huge fan of Vision Fortune since Mas Fiestas, and like anyone else who followed the band, I always wondered what happened to them after they quietly drifted out of sight following the tour for their sophomore LP Country Music. I certainly didn't expect them to return a decade later with a career-best LP in hand. (Career-best so far, anyhow!)

So, it was an absolute pleasure to talk with A.C. and Alex about all of the above, and an even greater pleasure when, to my surprise and contrary to their reputation, they were two of the least guarded, most genuine and open interview subjects I've ever encountered.

Anyway, I'm super stoked on this piece, and so glad these dudes are back. Thanks to @duranjah at tQ for giving this thing the green light!

You can check the piece out over at @thequietus!
