I’m extremely excited to announce that I’ve committed to continuing my academic and athletic journey at Grinnell College!

First, I’d like to thank my parents. Without their unwavering support I certainly would not be where I am today. Thank you to the rest of my family and friends for always being there for me and guiding me through my recruitment journey. A special thank you to Coach Heidkamp and the entire Benet coaching staff for always being in my corner, opening the gym, and shaping me into the person I am.

I would like to thank Coach Remy and the M14 coaching staff for developing me as a player. Thank you to Coach Mike Brooks and Coach Matt Brodhead for seeing something in me that I didn’t see in myself. Thank you to Coach Mike Settle for helping me become a stronger person, both physically and mentally. Finally, thank you to Coach Dmitri, Coach Andrew, and the entire Full Package family for accepting me and trusting in my work ethic.

Lastly, thank you so much to Coach Arseneault and Coach Stevens for the incredible opportunity, and go Pioneers!!!🔴⚪️

Thank you, Grinnell, for bringing this smile to our son’s face this weekend.

You are a blessing and a miracle, Zaire! I couldn’t be prouder of being on this journey with you. To see you celebrated, affirmed, and respected this weekend was such a joy! All the hours, sacrifices, and commitments will pay off in ways you never imagined!

More to come! 🖤

A pretty special weekend for a kid from Black River Falls, WI.
I was honored to be inducted into the Grinnell College Athletic Hall of Fame alongside my college basketball coach, Coach Arseneault.
When I look back, I realize just how many of you have been part of this journey — childhood friends and teachers, teammates and coaches, my family, Black River Falls, Grinnell College, and so many others. I’m so thankful for all of you.
That’s why this honor doesn’t really feel like something I accomplished on my own. I feel like we all made the Hall of Fame together!
Thank you, Grinnell College, for the honor. And thank you to everyone who has been a part of the journey — and to all of you who are still along for the ride!

I want to thank all of my coaches along the way, but especially my HS coaches- Coach Johannsen, Luis, Mitch, and Spence. My club coaches- Aki and Bru and my Day 1 trainer Marty. Thank you all for challenging, teaching and encouraging me through all the highs and lows.

Thank you to my entire family, especially my Mom and Dad for supporting my dream and being the real reason this all happened. ❤️
