🏀 Thank you, Phenom National Camp, for an amazing experience! I learned so much about my game, how to stay mentally prepared for the journey ahead, and how important it is to keep growing both on and off the court.

I’m so excited and honored that I was selected to play in the All-Star Game and represent my home team, GRIT! Getting to play alongside so many amazing and talented athletes was an experience I’ll never forget.

A special thank you to Coach Danielle for helping me improve my basketball IQ and see the game in a different way. Thank you, Coach Jake, for believing in my talent and being such an amazing coach for our team. And thank you to all the incredible coaches who supported, encouraged, and pushed me throughout camp.

I’m leaving this experience grateful, motivated, and ready to keep working! 💪🏀🔥

If you’ll indulge me with one last basketball post, this one is pure gratitude—starting with Annabel.

Annabel, spending the last decade traveling the country to watch you play has been an absolute blessing. All the flights, road trips, and endless drives to practice gave us priceless family and father-daughter time that I’ll treasure forever. I am so lucky basketball gave that to us.

To the coaches and trainers along the way who pushed, challenged, and believed in Annabel—thank you for pouring so much into her development and confidence. A special thank you to GRIT Hoops; joining that program for high school was one of the best decisions she made, and I can’t thank the club and its coaches enough.

Annabel, you had some tremendous teammates over the years, both in terms of on court abilities and just being good people and friends. Your ability on the court has given you chances to play against some of the best players in the country. Your toughness on the court was unmatched. Anyone that saw you play will attest to that. I’ll never forget the comment you made to me one time that when you see those other girls on the court that are 6 feet tall, when you’re out there, you also feel like YOU’RE 6 feet tall. You were fearless out there.

I am endlessly proud of you, Annabel, and grateful for every single moment.
