Two years of Wellfit 💜

This chapter began with @mikkel_jp , who first taught me how to move a barbell when I was 17, encouraging me to take the next step in my coaching career and join Wellfit.

From there, @alex.sav.fitness trusted me with the ownership of the IGNITE programs across all Wellfit’s facilities which was an opportunity that challenged me, shaped me and allowed me to grow more than I could have imagined.

From programming and coaching classes to planning and leading events, building communities and watching our members achieve things they once thought were impossible, every part of it has been incredibly fulfilling.

I’ve watched people become stronger, more confident and more capable. I’ve watched friendships form inside the gym and continue far beyond it. And alongside all of that, I was growing too.

I’m so grateful for the team who let me be fully me, supported me through everything and became so much more than just colleagues (more like my emotional support system @khaui.dxb @rodshinoda @azzam47 🫶🏾). For me coaching is never only about delivering a class, but about having people around you who care just as deeply makes all the difference.

For me, coaching has always been about sharing my passion for sport in the same way it was once shared with me.

My own coaches made such a meaningful impact on my life that I wanted to become that person for someone else, to help people discover what they are capable of, show them that training can be fun and remind them that it is always about so much more than simply working out.

And if I have managed to make even a small part of that impact on someone else, I genuinely could not be happier.

Wellfit will always hold a special place in my heart. I’ll still be around training, supporting everyone and potentially appearing to coach a class or two. 👀

Thank you for two unforgettable years.

This isn’t goodbye. 💜
