Introducing Dip and Sip, where we pair a very snackable dip with a very drinkable wine.

It’s educational, obviously. It’s also an excuse for us to eat baked camembert after filming. Both things can be true.

First up: baked camembert with @grootepost Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc.

Melty, creamy, salty, crispy, fresh, coastal, delicious. Exactly the kind of pairing that makes you say, “Wait, why haven’t we always been doing this?”

From 159 entries by 95 producers, the Top 20 contenders in the 20th FNB Sauvignon Blanc SA Top 10 competition span three vintages – 11 from 2025, seven from 2026 and two from 2024 – and demonstrate the depth and breadth of South African Sauvignon Blanc.
