It’s never too late to remember what brings you joy🔥🎉

For me, it will always be the dance floor. Going to class. Moving my body. Feeling the music. Learning choreography. Laughing, sweating, being in the room with other humans who love to move too.

🚨So this is your sign to go do the thing.

The thing that lights you up.
The thing that makes you feel alive.
It’s not too late. It never is.

Big shoutout to my incredible instructor @groov3withmikey at @evq_dance today! Such an incredible class!🤩 I’m very grateful for the @groov3dance community we’ve built here in Denver and for the role it plays in my life.

If you haven’t checked out a @groov3dance class yet… what are you waiting for? 💃✨

I’m crying 😭👀 Center Stage: Turn It Up is TOP 10 on Netflix internationally. 👇

Can we get it to NUMBER 1… and PLEASE help me convince @Netflix to bring it to the U.S.?! 🇺🇸🙏 share, repost , and tag @netflix and tell them to bring it to the states too!!! Let's make it impossible for them to ignore...

Because this isn’t just another movie to me. 👀

The original Center Stage found me during one of the hardest chapters of my life as a teenager and it literally changed my life and I said when I saw it, I wanna do THAT!

I want to act. I want to dance. I want to inspire people the way this movie inspired me.

I put Center Stage on my vision boards.
I wrote "i'm gonna be in a movie like centerstage one day " in my journals, daily.
I'd watch it on repeat... and visualize myself doing it regularly.

People laughed in my face & told me I was crazy when I said I wanted to become an actress. And I never knew in a million years that they would ever make a sequel....

But somehow, someway ... years later... and after one of the most crazy emotional roller coaster rides of so many ups and downs and twist and turns and things that I thought were some of the WORST things that ever happened to me that ended up being some of the BEST things that ever happened to me....

one of my first major acting jobs was playing the LEAD in the sequel to the exact movie that changed my life. 😭✨ (watch my story video about it on my website, link in bio, It will blow your mind.) 🤯

And now I’m getting messages from people across Europe, the UK, Ireland, Brazil and beyond saying they’re watching it and feeling inspired by it.

That’s the part that gets me....

Maybe somewhere out there is another girl watching this during one of the hardest chapters of her life…

and maybe this becomes the movie that makes her dream bigger too. 🥹✨

Thank you for watching. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for giving this movie another life. 😭❤️

Now let’s get it to number 1… and bring it home to the U.S.

😭✨🙏

It’s ALL about balance ⚖️

I travel a LOT for work but I have a routine that helps me manage my energy throughout the trip. And it’s #DANCE 💃💃. It’s always DANCE ⭐️⭐️

Not only has dance been medically proven to improve your overall wellbeing it helps me to break out of all the stagnant energy of processes and the rules that society puts on you.

⭐️I dance because it makes me feel FREE!!⭐️
I dance because I can move my entire body however it needs to move so that I don’t feel stiff or bored or rigid⚡️⚡️
I dance because I’ve met some of the most amazingly sweet and humble people 🙏🫶🏻. Thank you so much To the ladies that make my trip to San Jose my quarterly highlight 💕💕 @dancewithrho @akocbeal2 krismedrey @wena_minx88

Wednesday = GROOV3 Day! 💃🏽🔥

Recently, I was asked to take you through my day and share 5–8 short clips of what my Wednesdays look like before class. Sooo… I tried! 😂🎥

Let’s just say, capturing my day in 5-second clips was harder than I thought! LOL. I’m definitely more comfortable dancing than filming my everyday life. 🤣 But here’s a little peek into a Wednesday before I get to do what I love, teaching GROOV3 and sharing the dance joy! ❤️

Not a pro at this content creation stuff, but hey… we’re learning as we go! 😂🙌🏽

See you on the dance floor! 💃🏽✨
