💓This class is a combination of Yoga, Barre and Pilates. It takes the dynamic elements and isometric movements of Barre and combines them with the release of Yoga and the core elements of Pilates. It’s a non-traditional yoga class but so much fun! 🎀This class targets your glutes in an intense workout that includes a lot of squats and leg extensions using the weight of your own body and gravity. It ends with an awesome yoga flow to help you stretch out what you just worked out so you aren’t as sore the next day. If you enjoy a challenge on the mat, this class is for you. Register at groovechi.com/schedule We offer it twice a week! Should we add another??
