Grooves of a New Romantic – DJ Syncbutton invites: @amarcordmusic

Amarcord is an Italian DJ and producer whose sound is deeply influenced by the aesthetics of the 80’s and 90’s, ranging from the melancholic atmospheres of New Wave and Italo Disco to the driving energy of Electro, Acid-House and Trance. His sets have also been broadcast on some of the most influential electronic music platforms and radio stations, including HÖR Berlin, Rinse FM, The Lot Radio NY and Radio Raheem, while his music has aired on BBC Radio and Rai Radio 3 in Italy. Amarcord has released more than 90 tracks over the past decade, including EPs, singles and remixes on labels such as Jennifer Cardini’s Dischi Autunno (under his Supermarc alias), Curses’ Ombra International, Permanent Vacation, Ritmo Fatale and more.

Lately there’s been a lot of warmth, support and energy surrounding me. This has been growing in the background for a while now. I’m excited and nervous to finally share it, and to see where it goes, and to whom it connects to.

So it feels right to share this moment:
I’m starting a radio show on Lahmacun — and the first show lands this Thursday.

“Softer than satin is the light, yet hotter than heatwaves are the beats: ‘Grooves of a New Romantic’, the new show of DJ Syncbutton merges the dirty with the sweet, and sees what happens if you put tension, sleaze and romance in the equation. Lock in for some cheeky deep-dives into dark disco, upbeat house and twisted electro with catchy vocals.”

Thank you @lahmacunradio for the trust and space,
and special thanks to @y_nemerov for everything
