Ubiquitous

So psyched to finally send this one. Lots of little beta changes but mostly just came down to having stronger fingers. Guess I can’t say I don’t like crimps anymore. Also sick to send the same day as @hamslam_in_your_ham_jam !

Self-inquiry is your greatest tool for preventing injury.
If something feels off, you have discomfort/pain....
Get curious, seek the what/why.
Is this discomfort/pain a result of specific movements and/or exercises.
Does it dissipate when you taper back volume or usage of effected area(s)?

Struggling to find answers....some solutions may be alot simpler than you think. Seek guidance from a trained professional before discomfort becomes injury.

Tempo lifts are a great tool for breaking through plateaus, improving positional strength & developing force control across sports disciplines.

If your strength is suffering in a specific range of motion, slow it down..Increasing time under tension, at specific joint angles while building strength & control in targeted movement patterns—improves how effectively we apply force.

Send go was a little rough but this one was so much fun! It was a little scarier than I expected with only one pad and no spotters

Build stable ankles w/ these progressions:

-Tri-directional calf raises (RPE 7)-
3 x 15 reps/ position, do all 3 for superset then 60-90 sec rests

-Tri-directional tib-raises (RPE 7)-
3 x 8 reps/ position, do all 3 for superset then 60-90 sec rests

-Single leg heavy (RPE 9) calf eccentrics-
3 x 5-8 reps/ leg w/ 90 sec rests

-Swivels (RPE 6)-
2x 90 sec sets w/ 60 sec rests

-Explosive calf-raises (RPE 7-8)-
3 x 5 reps 2-3 min rests

This set is another stray away from my typical straight forward crimp rigs. Some little demons might be able to break it, but I don’t think it makes it easier. Tried to keep the difficulty and quality consistent with the classic 10’s.

Have fun and don’t forget to pick up the new drop from @groundfallcoffee “Crown Jewel”
