Sunday lunch bean salad. ‘No recipe needed’ Cook beans in boiling salted water until just tender. I like a little crunch for texture. Toss with mozzarella di bufala, fresh herbs, lemon juice and a good pour of extra virgin olive oil from @groveandvine season with sea salt and pepper. Happy Sunday

In this week’s edition of DELICIOUS SPECIALS I MIGHT RETIRE AFTER TODAY (or maybe tomorrow) we have the Mortadella / Pesto special! We ran this last year and while the ones who took a chance on it said it was one of their favorites, most of you didn’t take the chance. So let me break it down again - It’s a white pie with fresh mozz, aged mozz, pickled long hots, (no Jimmy’s this time as they’re not in season), our house pesto, and thinly sliced mortadella on the finish before it gets a shower of grana padano, some real nice @groveandvine and of course for any white pie we do, some tellicherry black pepper. It eats like a sandwich, and we love sandwiches. Come convince us not to retire it!

Some oils finish a dish. Others define it 🫒

@oleologist and @groveandvine Co-Founder Nicholas Coleman takes us through their 2025 single-estate early harvest extra virgin olive oil - from the olive cultivars, to regional climatic conditions, all the way to proper tasting technique - showcasing its freshness, vibrancy, and culinary versatility.

Made to move across the menu, this is an oil that works with seafood, searing, finishing, and even dessert.

Exclusively distributed by LP Seafood & Specialty, with the 2026 harvest already in motion.
