Truly this song is a testament of what God has done through us! His favor is on us and a thousand generations after us and now our children! Lord you are merciful and so kind. Thank you for fulling that promise that you made to me back in 2018, when you whispered in my mother’s living room in November you will break generational curses Lord thank you for letting us receive the greatest wealth and the second best blessing a union under you Lord. That wealth will go to our future children. Hunny, I have been so honored to call you my husband, my favorite person, the person I can do everything with and nothing but a place I can call home. Thank you for the laughter and for holding me when I don’t see the beauty in myself or I am in pain. I’m infinitely blessed beyond all that I could ask or imagine.

Lord thankful barely touches the surface of the words that I could describe of your abundance. Thank you for granting me the opportunity to witness so much love in one space and towards my other half, the other part of my flesh. To witness all the words of love and life spoke to him and over him. Just shows how faithful you are! How faithful and how full you are Lord you are a Lord who does exceedingly and abundantly more. I’m grateful to get a front seat of how you are moving in my husbands life. I am in awe of what you are doing and it keeps on getting better so I can’t wait to see what you do in this 36th year for him. Refreshing. Disconnected but connecting to one another in the best way. Embracing and taking all of the Lord’s beauty and works. Sitting in spaces that we didn’t even pray for but are beyond blessed and honored to have a front row sit at what the Lord has provided and what he is doing. Love you honey to the moon and back. What a dream!
TODAY WE GOT BAPTIZED!!! THERE WAS A PARTY IN HEAVEN AND A TERROR THAT THE ENEMT FELT with our continued yes to God. So we are expectant Lord, for the your best because ours has no match. Wow can’t believe that the Lord just allows us to experience all these life changing beautiful moments. From getting married a week ago to getting baptized so excited for the new thing that He is doing. The new creation that He is forming us to be for his glory, to see the version that He wants to become and the marriage that has on offer for us.

Have to take some time to take the hands and feet who helped, supported, and poured their heart and time into being there during the process of wedding planning and have been there through all the details and ups and downs. To my bridesmaids, truly I couldn’t imagine anyone else by my side, you all continued to encourage and uplift me, you help show me what it means to receive and when it is okay to not be in everything but just receive. To the groomsmen, you all truly are a joy thank you for all your support, guidance, and constant presence. To our wedding planner, wedding decorator. Thank you for bringing our vision to life thank you for the addition of your talent and gifts and for just having our back time and time again. You kept us remembering that this is our moment.
To our parents, thank you for the love, your bank accounts 😂, thank you for taking on some of the stressors that we had with ease and with willingness to just help and be all in.

Truly truly truly we thank you all and will never be able to express our gratitude so hopefully these words show a piece of our apppreciation.

To say that it was about the beauty of the day and the night would not even begin to give the praise and honor that is due, to the most high, God. He truly deserves all the honor and all the glory. From getting to worship together to his presence being exalted. Generational curses were breaking in so many moments in that place. Lord thank you for giving us the mantel of marriage, for entrusting us, your children with the beauty of marriage for even letting us get the opportunity to touch the surface of what ordnance looks like in its proper position because of you. Lord thank you thank you and thank you. A dream that we we never envisioned and didn’t know what any of it tasted like or felt like but you granted us this gift to experience and we thank you!
Thank you for all the hands and feet involved in the process, from our bridesmaids and groomsmen who took the mantel of servitude and displayed it with confidence and grace to our parents who danced and gave us away. To our videographer, photographer, decorator, Dj and wedding planner, truly truly truly could not have pulled everything off without you thank you for capturing our essence and every detail. Our sweet sweet Angela is getting married.😭 From being my first friend at Winthrop to experiencing every milestone since - getting to walk through life together has been one of God's best gifts to me.
