@growyourmovement launch party 10/10 👌✨

G.Y.M is built on the belief that when women support each other, they grow together. So @fleureast and I hosted an intimate dinner at @redbulluk for a group of women who have championed and supported us through both our professional and private lives.

We drank, we ate gorgeous food, we laughed hard, and there were a lot of tears. Women are carrying a lot right now, and to have a space where you can truly feel like you and say the things you want to say freely is so liberating.

When a room full of women who genuinely want the absolute best for each other comes together, something magical happens. Yet so few rooms like this exist.

Our mission for G.Y.M is to create more of these rooms and make them as big as possible.

In just 7 days @growyourmovement officially launches and I honestly cannot wait.

My friend @charliecopsey and I have had this idea for a while and the thought of finally bringing it to life and creating something that we genuinely believe can be so amazing for women, is SO exciting!

Grow Your Movement is about learning, connecting, growing, building confidence and creating a community of women around you along the way, so you never feel alone.

I want this to be a space where we encourage each other, celebrate the wins, pick each other up on the days we don’t feel like it and most importantly, have fun doing it!

I cannot wait to build this community with you.
