A weekend full of dancing, singing, jumping, crying, and definitely not enough sleeping. My first Coachella was freakin amazing! Just a few of my favorite sets, in no particular order: the Biebs, FKA twigs, sombr, Teddy Swims, Slayyyter, Major Lazer, Sabrina, COBRAH, Tinashe’s dj set, Turnstile

My heart couldn’t be more full after the DC Walk to End Alzheimer’s this weekend. The DC Walk overall has already raised more than we raised last year and we have a three months of fundraising left! Our team raised more than $19,000 and I have exceed even my stretch goal of $12,500! This is the way we find an end to Alzheimer’s, by bringing together the community to do something important together.

A friend of mine shared, “[The Walk] has given me a happy association with Alzheimer’s. Loss yet gain.” And this is really what makes the Walk so special. We build a community of love and support for everyone, no matter their relationship to the disease. I’m incredibly proud of the work that the Alz Well That Ends Alz team members, our donors, the Walk committee members and volunteers, and the Alzheimer’s Association staff put in to make this magical day possible.

Here’s a highlight reel from the day. I can’t wait to see what we can accomplish together next year! #endalz #walk2endalz #endalzheimers

We’re about a year into our journey of living in DC and while I miss the West Coast and my people, I’ve completely fallen in love with this city.

Dancing at the Kennedy Center 💃 , touristing around to all the museums and monuments🏛️, going out by the beach, advocating and fundraising for a future without Alzheimer’s 💜, so much amazing food, lovely rooftops, beautiful 🤩☀️ and terrible weather 🥵🥶 and friends new and old, I’m so happy to call DC home!
