Been a minute since I sniped a Local Legend… Since I’m not training for anything, it’s been fun coming up with side quests to keep me entertained on my runs. Sorry not sorry @gruffranch 😂 . . . . . #ultrarunner #trailrunner #strava #locallegend #runninghumor

Just out here for a lil stroll up and down the Mogollon Rim tomorrow. So stoked to finally be running some distance with my partner in this chaotic world. Sadies first mountain marathon 42k, she’s gonna crush it tomorrow. Couldn’t be more proud of her for all the work she’s been putting in. #everydayultra #ultrarunning #mogollonmonster42k #aravaiparunning

SoMo Sunday group run - keeping the vibes chill, even when temps aren’t. 😎 Today felt like a small break in the heat bubble, but I was glad to not have more miles afterward. Really sympathetic to all of my Southwest-based athletes at this point in the summer. 🤫 Don’t tell anyone, but I haven’t run on South Mountain since the last group run. These summer temps that just won’t quit have me playing it safe - and rocking a @socalicebandanas on today’s run. Happy today was below 90° at sunrise, barely. 🥵 #runcoach #ultracoach #ultrarunning #ultrarunner #ultramarathon
