Girl @grumpymonkey_cookie.co you nailed this one.

This is her lower sugar option cookie. Don't down play this one. I repeat do not downplay this cookie.

HOLY CANOL. 🤯

Add this one to your order next time you will not regret it. I promise.

Let me know what you think when you try it.

@sasquatchproam was a battle!!

First callout with a stacked lineup and I’m happy with what we brought to the stage. 2nd place and another opportunity to see exactly where I stand and what needs to get better.

At this point, the answer is simple.

Study it. Fix it. Improve it. Repeat.

Nobody remembers the work you were SUPPOSED to do. They remember what you bring when you step on stage.

Big congrats to my bro @skinnyymacho on taking the win. Well deserved 🤝🏼🐺🐺

Back to work and work harder!

Thank you everyone for your support and encouragement. It means everything to me. 🙏🏼 Sorry if I didn’t get back to you — on show weekend, I tend to shut everything out and focus on the job at hand.

ONE DAY OUT! 🦈❤️🫈 @sasquatchproam

I’m so excited to hit the stage tomorrow at the Sasquatch Pro!

Check-ins went incredibly smoothly today, and I have to give a huge shoutout to everyone behind this show. It’s exceptionally well run, the attention to detail is amazing, and the athlete goodie bags were SO generous! You’re truly treated like a PRO here, and that means so much to us athletes. 🙏🏼 @mayberrymichele @christopher.algeo

I’ve had such an incredible off-season, and @coach.rafaelzimmermann and I have had an amazing prep together. I’m so excited to finally see all of that hard work come together on stage tomorrow! 🔥

I’m also incredibly grateful to Erika @flexibella.couture She has been making my suits for the past decade, and I swear every new suit she creates for me is better than the last. Her talent is absolutely incredible, and I can’t wait to step on stage tomorrow in this gorgeous suit! ✨

📍 If you’re in the Seattle area, the women’s show starts at 2 PM PST come out and say hi! 👋🏼

📲 Not local? I’ll have the LIVE STREAM link in my story #SupportBodyBuilding

The work is done. Time to have some fun.

LET’S GO!!! 🦈❤️ @matt_strength
