My love for standup comedy is growing everyday. @lolbagh @anupbmaiya thank you for introducing me to this. I have been visiting a lot of stand up shows and the amount of talent in karnataka is commendable.

@pattarkarthik what a fine talent.. He has grown so well, proud of his Journey.

@gskism very subtle, sensible humor.. His idea of presenting life and humor is a fine blend. I love his reels and parody of life.

“I’ve longed to have a pet since I was a kid, but my parents were completely against the idea. So I decided early on that whenever I’d start my family, I’d do so by adopting a dog. And when I got married, I did exactly that–my wife is a dog lover too!
She noticed a 3 month old puppy in our society which was without a mother; there was another stray trying to harm the puppy. She called me up and asked ‘Can we please get her home?’ I agreed, but on one condition; I got to name the dog!
I named her Chandramouli; after the movie. She looked like a cattle dog, and the cutest puppy I’d ever seen! I immediately bonded with her, and within no time she made her space in everyone’s hearts.
The only downside was that I couldn’t do my bike trips anymore; I didn’t want to leave Chandramouli behind and most people said that taking pets on road trips is too difficult. But I decided to take on that challenge–I started experimenting with a crate, and bungee cords, and within a month, I made my bike pet friendly. I could finally take my best friend along on all my adventures!
I first did a few trial rounds around my area, and then we took off on the road. The minute the wild wind hit her face, I could almost see her smiling! We went from Bangalore to Mysore. People passing by were waving and giving us a thumbs up. We took many rest stops, ate good food and just took the air of freedom in. One man even tried to buy her from me, but there was no way in hell I was giving her up! A man and his best friend on a bike–we were having the times of our lives!
And after that, our list of adventures was endless–we even climbed the hills of Chamundi! I realised that like me, my little Chandra is also a mountain lover; everytime I would get tired of climbing, she would pull me up. But my favourite incident is from our time in Hampi–there, she chased away some baboons as I napped in the yard.
She really is my best friend and the snuggliest travelling companion I could have...err, don’t tell my wife I said that!"
