We had the honor of partnering with @gstacos1 to serve 100 community members with delicious meals, great conversation, and a welcoming environment.

At The Other Side of Raleigh, we believe that community is for everyone. Whether you’re stopping by for a meal, connecting with neighbors, or simply looking for a place to feel welcomed, our doors are open.

This is just the beginning! Every first Monday of the month, we’ll be partnering with G’s Taco to provide free meals and continue building a stronger, more connected community—one plate and one conversation at a time.

A huge thank you to G’s Taco for believing in our mission and helping us create a space where everyone feels seen, valued, and cared for. We can’t wait to see you next month!

Q2 in food. Shamelessly not comprehensive and again in no particular order. Q2 brought a much needed trip to Charleston, a rhubarb themed dinner, cheap tacos, and not as cheap (but incredible) BBQ. Very grateful for this little life of mine.

G’s Tacos: Finally made my way down to this food truck after multiple fans requests. I rolled with the asada tacos, which were yummy. The meat was a little dry unfortunately but it had good flavor. I also got the esquites that were on special that day. They were delicious and it came with chili powder that I would definitely recommend adding. Overall, I would definitely return to try other menu items. I just wish there was more parking, as it is located at a gas station. 7.6/10.
