We’re so thankful that Georgia State Track & Field chose Breakfast at Barneys once again to host their recruits.

It means the world that they keep coming back, and we’re glad they continue to love the food and the atmosphere every time they walk through our doors.

Always an honor to be part of their visits.💚

Today is National Mental Health Day.
As student-athletes, we put a lot of time and energy into our sport—but taking care of our mental health is just as important.
Check in with your teammates. Give yourself permission to take a step back when you need it. And remember: you are more than your performance.
Let’s continue building a Panthers community where asking for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. 💙

September is Suicide Prevention Month. 💜
As student-athletes, we often put pressure on ourselves to perform, succeed, and always appear strong. But behind every athlete is a person with emotions, challenges, and experiences that deserve to be acknowledged.
Mental health matters just as much as physical health. Checking in on your teammates, friends, and loved ones can make a bigger difference than you realize. A simple “How are you really doing?” can remind someone that they are not alone.
Your sport is a part of who you are, but it does not define your worth. You are more than your performance, your playing time, your mistakes, or your results.
This month, let’s continue breaking the stigma surrounding mental health in athletics and create a community where asking for help is seen as strength, not weakness.
Panthers, check in on your people. You never know what someone may be going through. 💜
If you or someone you know is struggling, support is ALWAYS available for you.
