⭐30 YEARS AGO TODAY, GOD RESCUED ME!!! ⭐✝️✝️✝️✝️. PLEASE SHARE THIS! SOMEBODY IS GOING TO GET DELIVERED TODAY.....
7 months before, I had just walked out of beating a 20-year prison sentence - after serving the year of 1995 IN JEFFERSON COUNTY JAIL, incarcerated for:

TICS, POCS,POSSESSION OF GOVERNMENT CONTRABAND & POSSESSION OF A FIREARM & $32,000 IN THE GLOVE COMPARTMENT AND TRUNK, LOCKED -
THEY FOUND IT ALL.

THEY POPPED ME IN THE BIG HOMIE MEECH RIGHT OUTSIDE OF SHAGBARK.... SO IF YOU FROM LOUISVILLE - YOU KNOW....
(@gt_customwheels .... They really don't know, but you know.... AND GOD BLESS YOU FOR HOLDING ME DOWN BIG HOMIE!)

BUT GOD.....SO PAY ATTENTION...

On Thanksgiving Day of 1995, I looked out of the window of my cell and prayed, "God if you get me out - I'll get out of this life". HE LISTENED.

I didn't have to snitch, I didn't fold, I didn't bend.... I SURRENDERED. I WAS SICK AND TIRED OF IT. I WATCHED ALL OF MY FRIENDS DIE AROUND ME... I WAS LOCKED UP WITH EVERYBODY I KNEW....

FROM THE EAST END (Clarksdale Housing Project -CDP) to everybody from the WEST END (Southwick/Kotter Homes) ... So if you know you know... Letting my Uncle Jan Waddell fight my case. And it didn't look good - the only thing the state was offering me was 20 YEARS. BUT GOD!!!!

SO when I walked out of jail, both me and my big brother @thomashennigjr we're so amazed - we thought the state dropped it and the FEDS picked the case up.

@thomashennigjr and I stood outside of Jefferson County Parole and Probation for almost 30 minutes scratching our head, wondering how I beat the case....

BUT GOD! IN 7 MONTHS FROM THAT DAY, I WALKED AWAY FROM SELLING DOPE, DRINKING, SMOKING WEED, POPPING PILLS, PLAYING RUSSIAN ROULETTE, GUN SLINGING, VICTIMIZING....

AND I WALKED INTO THE HOUSE OF THE LORD. AND GOD HEARD MY CRY! AND HE LOVED ME ENOUGH TO SAVE ME - AND CLEAN ME OUT!

30 YEARS LATER, I'M STILL SERVING THE LORD WITH EVERYTHING IN ME! 2 COLLEGE DEGREES AND SIX CERTIFICATIONS AND EVERYTHING FROM TRAUMA-INFORMED CARE TO ADDICTION COUNSELING!!!

I said all of that to say this.... To God be the glory for the things that he has done in my life, and continues to

Beautiful Friday. 🚶🏾‍♂️

Just walking, thinking, and smiling. Some days, I feel like I could fly. Sometimes, I look up at the planes crossing the night sky, and for some reason, they give me peace.
I've learned that life will always give us something to deal with. We can't control everything, but we can control how we respond. That's why I walk, pray, and put it all in Jehovah's hands.
Today, I choose peace over worry, faith over fear, and gratitude over complaints.
Life doesn't owe us anything... every day is a blessing. ❤️

This week, I had a few days where I just wasn't feeling like myself. This heat had my body telling me to slow down. But instead of giving up, I pushed a little harder. 💪🏾
Then my brother DJ Cloud sent me a picture showing he was out walking too! 🚶🏾‍♂️ Now that's motivation.
That's what the Friday Walk Challenge is all about—not perfection, but progress. We encourage each other to keep moving, no matter where we start.
We're not just walking... we're walking for life. ❤️ #fridaywalkchallenge #live #fyp #love #followme

Flashback! ❤️
This was one of the first times my baby sister came to see me after I was released from rehab. Looking back now, these moments mean even more. ❤️

🚨 Breaking News: My baby sister is the Hood GPS... she doesn't need Google, Google needs HER! 😂🗺️
No matter what you're going through, never underestimate the power of family, laughter, and a good laugh. They really are good for the heart. ❤️🙏 #Family #Flashback #LaughterIsGoodForTheHeart #funny #followme

Last week, I had a conversation with Dr. Jasmine.
She reminded me to stay out of the heat, drink plenty of water, and watch my salt intake. Sometimes we get so busy working out and walking that we forget one of the most important parts of staying healthy—what we eat.
Managing your blood pressure isn't just about exercise. Too much sodium can increase your blood pressure and raise your risk of heart disease, stroke, and kidney problems. Small changes like drinking more water, eating fresh foods, and cutting back on processed foods can make a big difference.
Let's take care of the body Jehovah has blessed us with. Remember... we're not just walking—we're walking for life. ❤️🚶🏾‍♂️💪

Part 2: Hey friends, I made it! 🚶🏾‍♂️😆

I'm in Macon, GA, and I'm feeling so good today! Y'all are probably going to get several videos because I'm out here getting it in. 😂
Earlier, I shared a video from rehab one year ago. Today, look at Jehovah! 🙏🏾 From rehab to roaming the streets of Macon with friends.
And yes, I'm out here walking down I-75 South, home of Otis Redding... well, not on I-75 because I don't need to meet the Georgia State Patrol today! 🤣🚔
One year later, still walking, still smiling, still thankful. 💙🚶🏾‍♂️

Our network is HUGE 💯

We pulled up on industry legend Greg Taylor aka “Greg Hooked It Up” — a real dot connector in the music industry.

This the type of history you can’t Google…

He played a role in connecting:
• Jay-Z & Dame Dash (Roc-A-Fella era)
• Pimp C & Bun B (UGK) on “Big Pimpin’”
• And countless other legendary moments

He also owned the legendary rim shop with Eric Sermon — a real hub where the culture lived…

We’re talking about a spot where:
👉 Tupac
👉 Usher
👉 TLC
👉 Too Short
👉 MC Breed
👉 Big Meech
…and MANY more came through

This interview is legendary on so many levels 🎥

And it went down at Stankonia Studios (Studio B)
— the SAME studio where “International Players Anthem” was recorded 🤯

This ain’t regular content… this is REAL history being documented.

Tap in 🎬🔥
