A end to every race

What a season. This basketball season I’ve grown as a photographer and I couldn’t have done it with anyone else. I’ve simply just took photos of some close friends who performed amazing this season and ended up receiving much love through the players, coaches, and even families of players. Besides everyone else, I want to thank the seniors for letting me capture their last highschool season ever. Thank you MCBB… more to come❤️

Mt Carmel Pre-Season Strength Training

In my opinion, strength training is still the biggest differentiator in athletic development. From the genetically gifted to the hardest workers, having the right plan in place can create a lot of separation in standing out.

Grateful for this opportunity to get to be in a space with dedicated, undistracted young men and watch them improve every week.

Excited to see their strength in action this season.

Mr Carmel Pre-Season Wrap

It’s been a really gratifying experience to have the opportunity to bring my joy of strength training to the Caravan Varsity Basketball team.

Looking forward to seeing the work in action this season!
